From a single cup to a global community

Kalana started in 2022 when our founder, Ari Fajar, traveled through the coffee regions of Bekasi and Bogor. He witnessed firsthand the incredible dedication of smallholder farmers who were producing exceptional coffee but struggling to reach specialty markets.

What began as a mission to connect these farmers directly with coffee lovers has grown into a global community of over 50,000 subscribers across 100+ countries. Every bag we ship carries the story of the farmer who grew it and the roaster who crafted it.

Today, we work with 200+ farming families, ensuring they receive fair prices while delivering the freshest, most flavorful coffee to your doorstep. Our commitment remains unchanged: exceptional coffee that makes a positive impact.
